Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service delivery issues are handled for AuthorsBookLaunch.com book launch and author marketing services.

Digital Service Policy

AuthorsBookLaunch.com provides digital services, strategy work, marketing copy, author visibility assets, and project-based deliverables. Because work may begin soon after purchase, refunds are limited once review, planning, drafting, listing preparation, or asset creation has started.

Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund minus non-refundable payment processor fees or administrative costs.

After Work Begins

Once work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable. Work may include review of materials, strategy preparation, copywriting, press release drafting, listing setup, author spotlight preparation, consultation, or other project activity.

Completed Deliverables

Refunds are not available for completed and delivered digital services, including launch strategy outlines, book description reviews, press release drafts, author spotlight placements, listings, launch checklists, custom copy, or other completed assets.

Revision Requests

If a delivered item contains an error or reasonable clarification issue, we will make a good-faith effort to correct it. Revision requests must be submitted within seven days of delivery unless another written agreement applies.

Client Delay or Missing Materials

If a client does not provide required materials, respond to project questions, or complete intake steps, the project may be delayed. Lack of client response does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund after work has begun.
