We do not guarantee book sales, bestseller rankings, media coverage, reviews, Amazon placement, retailer acceptance, search rankings, or specific revenue outcomes. Marketing results vary based on book quality, genre, audience, platform, pricing, timing, market conditions, and author participation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project materials, manuscript files, author bios, book descriptions, links, covers, and other requested assets in a timely manner.

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment links, invoices, or checkout pages may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Clients retain ownership of their original manuscripts, book content, author materials, and provided intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients may use final delivered marketing assets for their own book promotion.

AuthorsBookLaunch.com retains ownership of internal templates, processes, systems, unpublished drafts, website design, and business methods.

Revision availability depends on the purchased package or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, small corrections or clarifications may be requested within seven days of delivery. Major rewrites, expanded services, or new directions may require an additional fee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthorsBookLaunch.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, services, marketing materials, or third-party platforms.
